1. What is a Refund? A refund means returning the amount you paid to us for a remittance transaction. The refund amount will not exceed the original transaction amount and will exclude any transaction fees or administrative charges paid at the time of booking.

2. How to Request a Refund::

• (a) Refund requests must be initiated by the sender within 3 days (72 hours) of the transaction.
• (b) The request must be made in writing to our customer support team.
• (c) A cancellation fee of $30 may apply, and this fee is subject to change without prior notice.
• (d) Refunds cannot be processed if the funds have already been collected by the receiver or credited to the destination bank account.

3. Refund Processing Time: We implement robust security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our systems are regularly reviewed and updated to maintain high security standards.

• (a) Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the process to retrieve the funds from our overseas corresponding bank.
• (b) After the funds are credited back to our account, we will process your refund immediately.
• (c) The typical refund processing time is 3 to 5 business days for card payments and up to 10 business days for bank account payments. These timelines can vary depending on your bank and payment method.

4. Delays and Inquiries:

• (a) If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check the transaction status and contact your bank for updates.
